📋 Description

• Lead a world-class Mobile Platform Engineering organization at ServiceNow that powers AI-native
• Hire exceptional mobile and AI talent, establish an AI-forward engineering culture, and deliver
• Own the technical roadmap for enterprise mobile platform capabilities across Android and iOS.
• Establish and run on-call rotations, incident response processes, and a blameless postmortem
• Define reusable frameworks, SDKs, and platform patterns that accelerate application development
• Partner with Product, Design, AI, Infrastructure, and Business leaders to deliver differentiated

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience leading mobile engineering
• 3+ years leading engineering managers or multi-team organizations.
• Strong technical depth in mobile architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native services
• Track record building and scaling enterprise-grade mobile applications or mobile platforms used at
• Experience managing Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders.
• Experience building or integrating generative AI, LLM-powered experiences, AI agents, or copilots
