• Meet census growth goals
• Direct marketing, outreach, and community engagement
• Oversee intake and enrollment; improve processes for efficiency
• Track leads, visits, enrollments, eligibility; Salesforce usage
• Build referral networks with senior housing, physician groups, hospitals
• Ensure enrollment workflow compliance with DHCS and CMS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 5+ yrs management experience may substitute
• 5+ yrs supervisory experience; 2+ yrs in healthcare growth/enrollment
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Data-driven leadership; use reports to prioritize and manage projects
