📋 Description

• Meet WelbeHealth’s census growth goals
• Direct and coordinate marketing, outreach, and community engagement
• Direct intake and enrollment processes, driving efficiency and conversion
• Track and report on team performance using Salesforce
• Build relationships with referral sources (senior housing, doctors, hospitals)
• Ensure enrollment workflow compliance with DHCS and CMS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years management may substitute
• 5+ years supervisory experience; 2+ years healthcare growth/enrollment preferred
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Data-driven leadership; leverage reports to prioritize and oversee projects
