Direct and coordinate marketing, outreach, and community engagement
Direct intake and enrollment processes; improve efficiency and conversion
Track and report team performance (leads, visits, enrollments, eligibility, Salesforce)
Establish strategies and relationships with referral sources
Maintain DHCS relationship to ensure seamless enrollment and CMS compliance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years management experience may substitute
5+ years supervisory experience; healthcare growth/enrollment preferred
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Experience leading in a data-driven org using reports to guide prioritization
