📋 Description

• Macro & Micro Market Analysis: Monitor global hospitality tech trends and buyer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor product launches, pricing, and strategic pivots; interpret implications for Revinate.
• Win/Loss Analysis: Partner with Sales Ops to study win/loss and translate findings into product/pricing actions.
• Executive Briefings: Advise C-suite, Product, and Sales on market shifts and competitor movements.
• Monetization Architecture: Design, execute, and optimize Revinate pricing models.
• Packaging & Feature Tiering: Lead cross-functional packaging and bundling to maximize customer lifetime value.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS monetization, product strategy, strategic corporate intelligence, or tech management consulting.
• Proven leadership; experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
• The "Dual-Impact" track record: built competitive/market intelligence frameworks and packaging/pricing models.
• Advanced monetization methodologies: hands-on experience with quantitative willingness-to-pay research.
• Commercially minded and financially astute: expert-level understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics (LTV, CAC, NRR, ARPU) and discounting guardrails.
• Win/Loss & Market Research: experience turning raw win/loss data into pricing/product pivots with Sales Ops.
