• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across National Accounts
• Lead process improvement and technology enhancement initiatives
• Serve as primary operational lead for National Accounts data initiatives
• Drive data optimization efforts
• Translate business strategy into scalable processes
• Operationalize new programs, pilots, promotions, and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience in operational excellence, business operations, data governance
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvement
• Strong understanding of data frameworks and operational reporting processes
• Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
