📋 Description

• Primary interface with national payers to support coverage and access.
• Develop national and regional payer strategies across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and PBMs.
• Partner with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Field Teams on value evidence.
• Lead executive-level payer engagements and create payer-facing resources.
• Drive launch readiness planning and market access strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze policy trends and translate insights into strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (PharmD/MBA/MPH).
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• 5+ years managing national and regional payers and PBMs.
• Experience launching or planning access for rare disease or specialty therapies in PBM channels.
• Deep PBM knowledge: models, networks, utilization, and reimbursement.
• Willing to travel 25–50%.
