Director of Accounting

📋 Description

• Oversee daily accounting ops: GL, AP/AR, and close processes
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition and contract review
• Lead a high-performing accounting team and mentor staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership
• GAAP knowledge; ASC 606; NetSuite experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, proactive approach
