Oversee accounting and financial reporting for 40+ entities and ~100 properties.
Manage close processes monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Ensure property-, entity-, and consolidated financial reporting accuracy.
Oversee AP, AR, reconciliations, intercompany, lender reporting.
Build KPI reporting dashboards and executive summaries.
Lead day-to-day accounting operations and scale the department.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of accounting experience
Experience managing multi-entity accounting operations
Ability to lead and scale a finance dept
Strong knowledge of FS, GL, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting
Real estate/property management accounting experience; CPA preferred
Experience enabling automation/AI in accounting
