Director of Accounting & Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day accounting ops: AR, AP, invoicing, collections, payments, cash mgmt.
• Establish, document, maintain accounting policies, controls, and training.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closes and reporting.
• Own ERP system; drive enhancements and scalability.
• Lead regulatory reporting across state and federal requirements.
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA certification.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, and finance ops.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, risk management.
• Experience with Workday Financials; other ERP adaptability.
• Experience leading accounting teams, incl. remote and cross-functional.
