📋 Description

• Lead and manage the full student recruitment and admissions lifecycle, including outreach
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for specific communities, regions, and constituencies
• Build and strengthen strategies for recruiting students from historically underrepresented
• Supervise and support the Admissions Officer, providing direction, coaching, and accountability
• Develop partnerships with community-based organizations and other youth-serving organizations to
• Build and maintain relationships with university admissions offices, host campuses, affiliates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Approximately 5 years of experience in college admissions or a related field, with supervisory
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, advising, and supporting students from historically
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, including experience managing staff
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver
