Director of Agency Management

📋 Description

• Own onboarding and implementation for net-new agencies on Fora.
• Build SOPs and onboarding playbooks to speed agency productivity.
• Serve as ongoing account owner for agencies on the platform.
• Define the agency model positioning and go-to-market with Sales.
• Identify gaps in training, onboarding, tools, and partnerships.
• Lead Fora's agency portfolio growth and P&L responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated P&L ownership.
• Deep experience in the travel-agency or host-agency world.
• Strong management and leadership to recruit and develop GMs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch.
• AI-forward and growth-minded—leveraging new tools and technology.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
