Own the AI Platform & Data pillar end-to-end: MCP servers, agents, data, analytics.
Lead a multi-team org; set technical direction; report to CEO/COO.
Build AI-enabled internal workflows across Finance, HR, Legal, Sales Ops.
Define strategy, roadmap, and governance for safe, compliant AI.
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering managers and tech leads.
Represent the pillar to executive leadership and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in software/data/platform engineering; 6+ years leading teams.
2+ years managing managers; strong coaching and mentorship.
Own AI Platform & Data pillar end-to-end: roadmap, execution.
Build private AI models: selection, fine-tuning, deployment, governance.
Scale AI-native data platform: MCP servers, agent runtime, data pipelines.
Familiar with lakehouse stacks (Fabric/Databricks/Snowflake), CDC, streaming.
