📋 Description

• Lead and scale engineering teams delivering AI features for healthcare workflows.
• Define AI product-engineering strategy; decide build vs buy and model selection.
• Ensure responsible AI in regulated healthcare, with privacy, explainability, and bias mitigation.
• Drive cross-domain AI adoption and platform thinking across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Design to align on goals and safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering leadership experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Track record shipping AI/ML features at scale with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on with AI tools, LLM integration, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks.
• Strong product instincts for AI in clinical contexts and regulated delivery (GDPR/HDS).
• Exceptional people leadership; mentor managers; foster AI craftsmanship.
• Fluent in English.
