📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of the assessment operating model, ensuring reliable
• Design and manage scalable assessment content production workflows, including capacity planning
• Partner with Test Development, Psychometrics, Product, and Product Engineering teams to modernise
• Oversee operational planning for constructed-response grading, including grader capacity
• Work with psychometric and test development specialists to implement standardised grading
• Build the operational capabilities required to support more frequent and flexible examination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in business, operations, education, assessment, or a
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience leading complex operations, production systems
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and cross-functional management.
• Proven ability to build scalable operating processes, manage high-volume workflows, improve quality
• Experience in educational assessment, licensure or certification, regulated operations, or another
• Ability to collaborate effectively with specialists in psychometrics, content development
