📋 Description

  • Lead the autonomy stack end-to-end (Perception, Prediction, Planning, Controls, Localization).
  • Own multi-year technical roadmap and architectural direction.
  • Build and scale the autonomy organization; manage delivery on roadmap.
  • Interface with Systems, Safety, Platform, Hardware, Simulation, Product.
  • Stay hands-on in design reviews and critical problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years building production autonomy systems.
  • Direct management of autonomy/robotics team (15+ engineers).
  • End-to-end ownership of autonomy stack experience.
  • Fluency with deep learning for autonomy; training and deployment.
  • Experience with ROS/ROS2 and real-time on-vehicle compute.
  • Strong bias for execution; ability to convert plans into running code.
