📋 Description

• Build and lead the Battery Technology organization across Battery Cell Engineering, Battery Systems
• Define and drive the multi-year battery technology roadmap across cell chemistry, battery
• Own battery technology development from advanced exploration and supplier development through

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in battery technology, battery systems, electrochemistry, or related
• Deep expertise in lithium-ion cell technology, including chemistry, cell design, performance
• Strong understanding of battery systems, including pack architecture, charging, protection
• Demonstrated success developing battery technology roadmaps and bringing new technologies from
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary or geographically distributed engineering teams
