Director of Brand & Communications

📋 Description

• Own the brand story, positioning, tone of voice, guidelines, and creative asset libraries for both
• Review website content, packaging, email campaigns, advertising, and other customer-facing
• Develop a recognizable giving-back program in collaboration with animal shelters and rescue
• Build and manage an annual brand-moment calendar covering key occasions, seasonal campaigns
• Lead each brand initiative from concept to execution, coordinating partners, budgets, websites
• Develop media outreach strategies, pitch brand initiatives to journalists and podcasts, manage PR

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 7+ years of experience in brand management, communications, or brand marketing within
• Demonstrated experience increasing brand awareness and customer goodwill through partnerships
• Proven ability to plan and deliver brand activations and campaigns from concept to completion
• Previous experience developing meaningful nonprofit, animal shelter, or rescue partnerships with
• Strong storytelling and media relations skills, with demonstrated success generating earned media
• Experience developing and executing campaigns for North American audiences, with the ability to
