🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years across design, brand, creative, or Studio leadership, including 5+ years leading teams in
• Experience managing managers/team leads and operating in complex, global organizations.
• Exceptional portfolio with a high creative bar across brand, digital, campaigns, and product
• Strong ability to turn complex technology and AI into simple, compelling creative narratives.
• Deep understanding of SaaS/tech; AI or AI-native experience is a strong plus.
• Proven experience evolving brand/design systems and scaling quality through templates and
