🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, brand strategy, marketing
• Proven experience leading brand marketing initiatives within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, wellness
• Demonstrated success developing integrated marketing campaigns and impactful product launches.
• Strong expertise in brand positioning, creative development, influencer marketing, PR, and consumer
• Experience building relationships with media outlets, editors, creators, celebrities, and industry
• Strong understanding of consumer insights and journeys that drive brand affinity.
