📋 Description

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the customer base and grow the
• Monitor government program announcements, industry briefings, acquisition activities, and emerging
• Engage early in opportunity development, align organizational capabilities with customer needs, and
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Navy acquisition offices, operational and training
• Contribute to pursuit planning, capture strategies, proposal development, and opportunity reviews
• Create and implement commercial strategies for defense products and services that support

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related
• At least 7 years of experience in defense-sector business development, capture support, account
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in U.S. defense business development or sales
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Navy or broader Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
• Knowledge of modeling and simulation, military training, testing, mission rehearsal, operational
• Understanding of U.S. Navy organizational structures, acquisition processes, government funding
