Director of Business Development - Federal Law Enforcement (FLE)

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities in the Federal Civilian market aligned with
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders across Federal Civilian agencies.
• Create strategic account and customer call plans focused on growth and new market penetration.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide business development strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities through Business Intelligence tools and brief
• Lead responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and other early-phase business development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7 - 10 years' experience in business development, capture, or opportunity shaping within the
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, government contracting, and competitive
• Ability to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive opportunities independently and as
• Experience pursuing and winning work within DOJ, FBI, and LE agencies.
