🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in business ops, strategy & operations, or Chief of Staff (B2B SaaS)
• Experience leading company-wide operating reviews and planning
• Obsessed with identifying bottlenecks and driving outcomes
• Collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Eng, IT
• Strong analytical and financial fluency; comfortable with unit economics
• Excellent written and verbal communication for board/executive reviews
