Director of Business Operations and Performance

📋 Description

• Lead the development of the Business Operations & Performance function.
• Link strategy, sales, delivery, staffing, and finance into one model.
• Build operating rhythms: monthly reviews, forecasting, KPI dashboards.
• Partner with the President and senior leaders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Create scalable governance and processes to support growth and scale.
• Drive data-driven decision making across cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Business Operations, FP&A, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or related roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of professional services economics, resource planning, profitability analysis.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
