📋 Description

• Lead the development of business operations and performance capabilities.
• Provide visibility across revenue, delivery, staffing, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and operating rhythms for the function.
• Partner with executives to improve decision-making with insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop KPI frameworks, leadership dashboards, and management reporting systems.
• Oversee sales operations, forecasting, and revenue performance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Business Operations, FP&A, Revenue/Sales Ops, Strategy or similar.
• Experience forecasting, planning, performance management, and executive decision support.
• Strong knowledge of professional services economics, resource planning, utilization, profitability.
• Proven KPI frameworks, dashboards, operating reviews, and exec reporting systems.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and influence stakeholders.
