📋 Description

• Lead the Office of the CPTO with a focus on planning, transformation, and executive alignment.
• Own organization-wide 3-year strategic plan, aligning product adoption, revenue retention &
• Oversee leadership operations, governance, and cross-functional coordination with Finance and
• Coordinate communications, narratives, and reporting for board, executives, and company-wide teams.
• Drive cross-functional governance on change management and strategic initiatives.
• Support the CPTO in steering the leadership team through planning cycles and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years in strategy, operations, or program management in a SaaS business.
• Management consulting or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience with organizational design, leadership development, and team development.
• Proven track record in building and scaling strategy/initiatives for complex GTM functions.
• Meticulous, able to juggle multiple projects; proficient in data analysis and metrics-driven
