📋 Description

• Own enterprise process architecture and standards, leading the design and optimization of
• Conduct detailed current-state process discovery to identify handoff friction, cycle-time delays

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise process engineering, value-stream mapping
• Demonstrated success re-architecting complex, cross-functional operations and delivering measurable
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or equivalent formal continuous-improvement
• Deep experience integrating business processes and operational workflows with major enterprise
• Strong systems-thinking capability, with the ability to understand interconnected workflows and
• Proven ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, combining executive
