📋 Description

• Diagnose organizational performance and operating models to identify root causes and improvement
• Design and redesign structures, workflows, accountability models, and management systems to improve
• Translate strategic direction into actionable transformation plans with owners, milestones
• Lead implementation initiatives from planning through execution and adoption; embed recommendations
• Coordinate training, change management, and stakeholder adoption; verify solutions deliver desired
• Lead client discovery sessions to understand challenges, objectives, realities, and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, business transformation
• Track record of taking transformation initiatives from diagnosis to implementation and measurable
• Experience analyzing holistic organizations across people, processes, technology, structure, and
• Strong client-facing experience with ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives.
• Sales, business development, consulting, or commercial experience including proposals and closing
• Advanced experience using AI, automation, and technology-enabled workflows to improve processes.
