Director of Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Lead debt and equity capital markets across acquisitions and financing.
• Maintain and expand relationships with banks, lenders, funds, and investors.
• Source and place senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and LP/GP equity.
• Evaluate financing structures, terms, leverage, covenants, and risk.
• Originate opportunities and position transactions for the right capital audience.
• Represent the firm at conferences and investor meetings to attract capital.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of CRE capital markets/related experience.
• CRE finance experience across debt, equity, structured capital, and execution.
• Existing relationships with lenders, private funds, family offices, institutions.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and independently develop business.
• Strong underwriting, capital stacks, loan structures, covenants, and equity economics.
• Willingness to travel regularly for conferences and meetings; strong communication.
