• Establish strategic & trusting relationships to advise hospital pharmacy, diversion
• Lead live product demonstrations, virtually and in person, walking hospital teams through diversion
• Drive sales performance by collaborating with the sales team to convey the value of ControlCheck's
• Support cross-sell and upsell strategy, helping existing hospitals expand their Bluesight
• Engage all levels of hospital staff, from frontline pharmacy, nursing, and privacy analysts through
• Leverage deep knowledge of drug diversion program operations (audit and case investigation

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare leader with 5+ years of experience in hospital drug diversion prevention, pharmacy
• Deep, hands-on experience with drug diversion monitoring and/or patient privacy monitoring
• Proven track record of operating autonomously and leading multidisciplinary projects — spanning
• Direct experience evaluating and implementing diversion or privacy monitoring technologies
• Knowledgeable on DEA regulations and Joint Commission diversion standards, and/or HIPAA and OCR
• Polished, confident presenter — both virtually and in person — able to tailor delivery and
