Director of Collections

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end software program portfolio from initiation through implementation and ongoing
• Lead multiple concurrent software programs, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, budget, quality
• Implement structure and processes to ensure consistency and quality of Functional and Technical
• Develop and execute the software delivery strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
• Ensure interdependencies across all collections projects are effectively managed.
• Oversee resource planning and capacity management for the Collections Portfolio working closely

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Credit Risk knowledge, especially Collection and Financial Services.
• Knowledge and experience of the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Experienced with overseeing large programs of work with multiple concurrent projects.
• Possess a Degree in Business Computing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or
• Great relationship building skills with proactive management of internal and external stakeholders.
