🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience with high school college counseling preferred.
Experience leading high-performance, diverse teams.
Data-driven decision making is essential.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
