📋 Description

• Develop and execute commercial leasing strategies that support asset objectives, resident needs
• Evaluate prospective tenants and commercial opportunities based on financial performance, tenant
• Lead or oversee the negotiation of commercial leases, renewals, extensions, amendments, and other
• Identify opportunities to increase commercial rent, commercial parking income, and other ancillary
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial tenants, brokers, and other external
• Monitor commercial and ancillary performance, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial real estate, property
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, financial
• Experience analyzing financial performance, identifying revenue opportunities, and translating
• Experience managing or overseeing commercial leases, contract administration, tenant relationships
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders without relying

• Expected base salary of $150,000-$170,000.
