📋 Description

• Develop and execute commercial leasing strategies that support asset objectives and long-term
• Lead or oversee the negotiation of commercial leases, renewals, extensions, amendments, and other
• Identify opportunities to increase commercial rent, parking income, and other ancillary revenues
• Monitor commercial and ancillary performance, identify trends, and recommend initiatives to improve
• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of the commercial lease database and ensure proper
• Ensure accurate and timely lease setup, recurring rent charges, monthly billings, and expense

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial real estate, property
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, PivotTables, financial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI
• Experience analyzing financial performance and translating complex data into actionable
• Experience managing or overseeing commercial leases, contract administration, tenant relationships
