Director of Commercial and Ancillary Services

📋 Description

• Develop and execute commercial leasing strategies to maximize revenue and asset performance.
• Lead or oversee negotiation of commercial leases, renewals, extensions, and amendments.
• Identify opportunities to increase commercial rent, parking income, and ancillary revenues.
• Oversee commercial lease database accuracy, billing, and compliance.
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for commercial and ancillary programs.
• Prepare executive reporting and presentations on financial performance and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Real Estate.
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial real estate, or property
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, PivotTables, and financial modeling.
• Experience with commercial leases, contract administration, and tenant relationships.
• Proficiency in Power BI; SQL and VBA highly desirable.
• Experience with Hyperion or comparable financial planning systems.
