📋 Description

• Synthesize and package board- and exec-facing materials.
• Partner with CCO and market access, pricing, and marketing.
• Translate complex commercial work into clear, structured materials.
• Lead cross-functional work to anticipate senior stakeholder questions.
• Coach Leadership Team on structured slide-building and storytelling.
• Establish templates, standards, and best practices for LT materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in top-tier management consulting or equivalent.
• Ability to structure complex problems into executive narratives.
• Strong slide-building, data visualization, and storytelling.
• Experience in biotech/pharma/healthcare; market access, pricing, or marketing a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at Board/C-suite level.
