Director of Commercial Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with exec leadership to translate commercial strategy into scalable ops across sales
• Design, implement, and improve operational frameworks, KPIs, reporting, and workflows.
• Build and optimize commercial playbooks, onboarding, pipeline management, and clinic ops.
• Manage CRM optimization, workflow automation, AI-enabled improvements, and data quality.
• Oversee onboarding, inventory, implementation sequencing, account mgmt, and commercial support.
• Develop dashboards, QBRs, reimbursement reporting, and exec-level insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in commercial ops, customer success, business ops, or ops leadership.
• Proven ability to scale ops infrastructure, playbooks, and processes.
• Healthcare, health tech, life sciences, or regulated industry exp preferred.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, CS, product
• Experience with CRM, pipeline ops, lifecycle processes, KPI development, reporting, and analytics.
• Excellent PM skills; ability to coordinate multiple complex initiatives.
