📋 Description

  • Partner with VP, Commercial Sales–Prenatal to set strategy and annual plans driving revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales strategy, commercial operations, or revenue ops with senior leadership exposure.
  • Proven track record designing territories, quotas, and variable comp for field sales during growth.
  • Hands-on analytics: data analysis with AI, Excel models, Salesforce reports, quick VP updates.
  • Experience leading analytical teams, including data scientists or analysts.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence across levels.
  • Builder mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and shipping iterative v1.
