📋 Description

• Own Handshake's corporate communications strategy and sharpen external narrative.
• Build and manage press relationships in workforce and AI industries.
• Proactively pitch stories, data insights, and thought leadership.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on executive narratives, speeches, and talking points.
• Prepare executives for high-visibility media engagements and events.
• Build scalable comms processes for press intake, approvals, and launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years corporate comms, PR, exec comms, or media relations in tech or agency.
• Strong executive comms experience partnering with founders/CEOs.
• Proven ability to build press relationships and earned media.
• Excellent writing and messaging translating complex topics.
• Strong judgment under pressure in reactive moments.
• Strategic and hands-on, drafting statements and briefs.
