📋 Description

• Design a holistic internal and external comms strategy for expansion into complex metro markets.
• Normalize drone delivery for consumers while preserving innovation.
• Drive B2B and B2C communications to position Wing as a modern delivery option.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs/Public Policy to engage regulators and communities on noise, privacy, and airspace safety.
• Oversee executive communications, thought leadership, internal and crisis communications.
• Translate autonomous technology into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
• Build and lead a high-performing comms team across internal/external, policy, and product.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in strategic communications, PR, or corporate affairs in scaled consumer brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, Business, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience managing reputational risk and corporate narratives during rapid scaling or regulatory scrutiny.
• Proven track record managing multifaceted comms teams across internal, external, product, and policy.
• Exceptional executive presence and experience advising C-suite on thought leadership and crisis management.
