📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR compliance framework covering U.S. and Canadian operations
• Monitor regulatory and legislative developments and translate changes into practical policies
• Lead compliance audits, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective action plans covering
• Identify emerging compliance risks and partner with business and functional leaders to develop
• Oversee compliance programs relating to immigration, work authorization, visa sponsorship, and
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks while establishing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Law, or a
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, employee relations, employment law, or a
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment and labor laws, employment standards, and HR
• Demonstrated ability to assess organizational risk and translate complex legal or regulatory
• Experience leading complex investigations, compliance programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong judgment and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
