Director of Construction Delivery

📋 Description

• Develop and execute portfolio-wide construction delivery strategies, overseeing schedules, budgets
• Lead contractor and landlord relationships for leased facilities, resolve escalated delivery
• Direct general contractor selection processes, requests for proposals, contract negotiations, and
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle for owned sites, from entitlement and initial
• Establish and maintain cost controls, project schedules, risk management frameworks, and reporting
• Direct architectural and engineering teams on owned-site projects, coordinating development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent
• At least 12 years of experience in construction management and delivery leadership, particularly
• Demonstrated success managing complex construction programs and budgets of $25 million or more
• Experience in owner's-representative or landlord-managed construction oversight, ground-up
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation construction programs, such as those supporting major
• Proven ability to manage contractor procurement, negotiate major construction contracts, oversee
