Director of Content & Partnerships, Brazil

📋 Description

• Develop and manage cross-functional programs and Partnerships Team workstreams, including goal
• Manage regional business operations across finance tracking, tooling, data analysis, documentation
• Oversee GTM execution and line management of GTM staff, including training, and support the rollout
• Communicate organizational strategy, goals, and best practices internally through written, verbal
• Partner with the VP of Content and Partnerships, LATAM & Iberia, to develop strategic change
• Serve as a primary point of contact for large accounts and B2B relationships, including evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, planning, consulting, or a related function within
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and working with stakeholders across multiple
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• A track record of using curiosity and sound judgment to develop solutions tailored to business and
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
