📋 Description

• Own roadmap development and delivery planning; ensure live handover readiness.
• Ensure live handover readiness; Live Service signs off.
• Deliver roadmap features to KPIs, tied to design and outcome.
• Report roadmap delivery status and risk in senior forums.
• Develop roadmap features, new systems, QoL work, and platform investment.
• Build development rhythm with milestones, reviews and quality gates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in production, delivery, engineering management, or related.
• Strong grasp of game development technologies and constraints.
• 10+ years in games/entertainment development and production; 5+ years leading.
• 7+ years in product development; shipped a title through full cycle.
• Experience across concept, pre-production, production and live production; manage QA and release.
• Transformational leadership; strong written and oral communication.
