📋 Description

• Build and develop a strong FP&A and Strategic Finance team. Set clear priorities, hire
• Own the integrated financial plan: long-range and annual planning, driver-based forecasts
• Lead performance management through forecasts, monthly business reviews, and budget-owner
• Partner with GTM and R&D leaders on pricing, unit economics, growth, infrastructure, and
• Lead executive and Board financial reporting and the financial work supporting fundraising
• Improve Finance’s planning systems and workflows, including Pigment. Use AI to accelerate reliable

🎯 Requirements

• Experience independently owning company-wide FP&A and Strategic Finance in a growing technology
• Evidence that you identify important business problems before being asked, form a defensible point
• A record of hiring, developing, and leading a strong team, including creating leverage from a lean
• Strong financial craft: driver-based forecasting, integrated financial statements, cash planning
• Clear executive communication and experience preparing and defending recommendations for senior
• Applied AI fluency. You can demonstrate how you use AI in analytical work, validate its outputs
