📋 Description

• Own the CDS product vision and roadmap end-to-end
• Translate security standards into a concrete product plan
• Lead cross-functional GTM and gov/defense partnerships
• Drive deployment across on-prem and air-gapped environments
• Ship high-assurance products in regulated settings
• Manage metrics, budget, and pipeline for CDS

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or leadership in security or infra
• Experience with cross-domain solutions and data diodes
• Familiar with NSA/NCDSMO Raise the Bar, UK NCSC cross-domain, Common Criteria / EAL, NATO NIAPC
• Experience selling and delivering into government/defense via integrators and partners
• Hands-on builder who writes specifications and challenges technical decisions
• Proven use of AI tools to boost productivity and outcomes
