📋 Description

• Lead work to strengthen teaching and learning across KIPP Texas schools.
• Serve as content and curriculum expert in assigned grade band and subject area.
• Ensure fidelity of adopted curricula (Amplify Texas, ELAR Texas, HMH Into Literature).
• Design and facilitate high-quality professional learning for teachers and school leaders.
• Provide job-embedded coaching to teachers and instructional leaders.
• Use data-driven progress monitoring to advance instruction and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor s degree; Master s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as assistant principal, school leader, or instructional coach.
• Proven results driving instructional growth.
• Deep knowledge of content and pedagogy in a math area (K-5, 6-8, or 9-12).
• Preference for Bluebonnet Math TEKS Edition or Carnegie Math experience.
• Strong coaching, PLC facilitation, and data-driven decision making.
