📋 Description

• Lead and scale a high-performing delivery org.
• Own end-to-end AI agent deployments for enterprise customers.
• Build and develop a team of Agent Builders; hire and coach.
• Establish delivery rhythms, capacity planning, and forecasting.
• Drive executive-level customer engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Create repeatable playbooks and standardize delivery methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical, customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years people management; hiring and coaching.
• Strong API, integrations, and complex systems experience.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders and translate requirements.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience deploying LLM-based products or AI agents in production.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations and security/compliance.
