📋 Description

• Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy aligned with HALA's goals.
• Establish a scalable, secure data ecosystem for analytics, AI, reporting, and decisions.
• Lead and develop Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, and Data Governance teams.
• Oversee design and optimization of data platforms, warehouses, and lakes.
• Ensure reliable data pipelines across payments, merchant platforms, financial systems, CRM, and apps.
• Drive automation, scalability, availability, and performance of data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering to set enterprise data architecture standards.
• Deliver executive dashboards and KPI reporting for senior mgmt and Board.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and ownership models.
• Define data quality controls, metadata management, MDM, and data lifecycle processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Ensure data practices comply with SAMA, NCA Cybersecurity, PDPL, and internal standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, DS, Eng, Math or related.
• 8-10 years in Data Eng, Analytics, BI, or Data Management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise data teams.
• Fintech/financial services experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Core competencies: process optimization and collaboration.
