📋 Description

• Lead design, deployment, and governance of the enterprise data platform.
• Deliver an AI-ready data platform for BI, automation, and exec insights.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align data strategy.
• Drive governance, quality, and cost optimization across Azure.
• Build and mentor a high-performing data management team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data management, BI, or enterprise data architecture.
• 5+ years in director/senior leadership with people management.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise data models and semantic layers.
• Proven data platform initiatives in complex, multi-entity environments.
• Deep Azure expertise: Fabric, Synapse, Data Lake Gen2, Databricks, ML.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
